We offer various types of maintenance and assistance to individuals and companies, such as:
• On-call assistance, for example in case of machine
downtime, breakdowns, or serious anomalies on any type of electric systems;
• Different kinds of maintenance for common
mechanical or electrical faults.
Moreover, thanks to the use of certified measuring and control equipment, we carry out checks to guarantee the safety of electric systems in the workplace, as required by the Consolidated Law on Safety at Work (Legislative Decree 81/08).
Global Service:
Carefree Facility Management
Among the specific maintenance and assistance services, the “Global Service” consists of the conduction and periodic maintenance of the systems under contract, with the aim of constantly guaranteeing their ordinary maintenance. All with the purpose of reducing faults and operating costs.
Global Service contracts can be
monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or biannual.
If you choose the Global Service, you can choose
among the following specific services,
based on the contract:

detection of any malfunctions
or non-compliance;

check, replacement, and cleaning
of the reactors and transformers of the
lighting systems, where necessary;

check and testing of the
emergency lights;

check of the electric panels;

shutdown and check of the wear of all the contacts;

check and verification of the
differential switches intervention time; -
check and calibration of the remote switches,
thermal relays, and clocks; -
ground tests and measurements,
mandatory for companies; -
check and verification of the efficiency
of the detectors, control unit and
buffer batteries of the
anti-theft and fire protection systems; -
verification of the efficiency of the video
surveillance system and
malfunction detection; -
verification of the efficiency and
production of the photovoltaic system; -
check and verification
of the generator and UPS.
